Do I need to change accountant or software?

Not necessarily. If you already have an accountant you trust, keep them. ClockOff will save them time and you cost. For the Founding Five, we'll work with your existing setup wherever possible. As ClockOff evolves, we may recommend moving to FreeAgent to save you money and unlock a better experience—but we'll guide you through it if and when the time comes.

Is ClockOff Making Tax Digital ready?

Yes. ClockOff is being built around modern, MTD-compliant software and processes, so your records stay organised and ready for today's tax requirements and tomorrows.

Are you regulated?

Yes. ClockOff is registered with HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering supervision and with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Looking after your information is just as important to us as looking after your business

Who prepares my accounts and tax return?

We handle your day-to-day admin and bookkeeping. If you don't have an accountant, we can introduce you our trusted accountancy partner.

How do the Founding Five help?

Simply help us develop and improve ClockOff with your honest feedback. Perhaps leave us a review if you are happy.

What happens after the eight weeks?

If ClockOff is giving you your evenings back, it's £179 a month to continue. If not, you can simply stop. No contract. No notice period.

What if the Founding Five is full?

We'll keep you on the waiting list and let you know as soon as we open new places. We're keeping numbers deliberately small so every business gets the attention it deserves.

What if I don't live in Lancaster & Morecambe?

The first five are local, because we want to meet you properly and sit down with you at the start. Tell us where you are anyway, we're planning to open up across Lancashire and beyond and we'd rather know you're waiting.
